The Union Public service Commission (UPSC) has released a  notification to hold a written Examination for recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces -Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo‐Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). Eligible Male/Female Candidates can apply online.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized  University.

Age Limits: A candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on 1st August 2019.

Age Relaxation: 

SC/ST:    05 Years.

OBC:   03 years.  

Civilian Central Government Servants/Ex-Servicemen:   05 years.

Application fee: Rs. 200/- for Gen/OBC. Nil for SC/ST/Female Candidates.

Mode of Payment:  by remitting the money in any Branch of State Bank of India or by using 

Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card or by using Internet Banking of SBI.
