BBCI Guwahati recruitment 2020: Applications in the prescribed form are invited from Indian
citizens for the following contractual faculty positions of Nursing at Dr. B
Borooah Cancer Institute, Regional Cancer Centre, Guwahati-781016, Assam, India
1. Principal cum Professor
No of Post: 01
Eligibility Criteria: 15 years experience with M.Sc (N) out
of which 12 years should be teaching experience with minimum of 5 years in
collegiate programme. Ph.D. (N) is desirable.
Salary: Rs.1,00,000/- per month
2. Professor
No of Post: 01
Eligibility Criteria: 10 years experience with M.Sc.(N) out
of which 7 years should be teaching experience. Ph.D (N) is desirable.
Salary: Rs. 80,000/- per month
3. Associate Professor
No of Post: 01
Eligibility Criteria: M.Sc. (N) with 8 years of experience
including 5 years teaching experience. Ph.D. (N) is desirable.
If suitable candidate is not found for the post of Associate
Professor, candidate with M.Sc (N) with 3 years teaching experience will be
offered for Assistant Professor position with a consolidated salary of
Rs.40,000/- per month. In that case, Ph.D (N) is also desirable
Salary: Rs.60,000/- per month
Appointment will be made for one year (extendable subject to
need and satisfactory performance)
Age: Upper age limit will be decided by the Selection
Committee based on qualifications and experience.
