Dibrugarh University recruitment for Junior Research Fellow
Applications are invited for two positions of Junior
Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Physics and Centre for Atmospheric
Studies under the project titled “Observational and modeling study of the
Equatorial Ionization Anomaly (EIA) along 95ºE meridian” sponsored by the
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Department of Space under its
RESPOND programme. The selected candidates may be encouraged to register for
Ph.D. under the Dibrugarh University guidelines for Ph.D. registration.

The duration of the project is 2.5 years.
Essential qualification:
1. Masters degree in Physics /
Space Physics /Atmospheric Physics
2. M.Tech in Space Physics /Atmospheric Physics
3. NET (LS or JRF)/ GATE
Desirable: 1.Specialization in Space Physics
Maximum age: 28 years or below on the date of application
Monthly Fellowship: Rs.31,000/ as per latest RESPOND
