in Appendix-IX are invited from Indian citizens as mentioned in the Article 5
to 8 of the constitution of India and having requisite qualification as per
norms of Dental Council of India from recognized University / Institutions for
engagement as READER on contractual basis for a period of 1 year or till the
posts are filled up by regular incumbents in Govt. Dental Colleges, Assam under
the Health & Family Welfare (B) Department., Government of Assam as
indicated below.

Term & conditions:
- The Readers thus engaged shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund Pension Gratuity, promotion, seniority etc or any other benefit available to the Govt. servant appointed on regular basis along with no claim or right for regular appointment to any post under Govt.
- The Reader thus engaged shall be a whole time employee of the Dental College and shall not take any other assignment or shall not be engaged in any private practice of any kind during the period of contact.
