Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up various posts of ministerial staff for Foreigner’s Tribunals under the Govt. of Assam purely on CONTRACTUAL basis for 2 (two) years, subsequently renewable on annual basis with FIXED PAY. 1. UDA-cum - Accountant

Education Qualification:  Graduate in Commerce

Additional Qualification: Six months Experience Accounting

Fixed Pay: 35,000/-  pm

2. Stenographer Gr.-III

No of post:  200

Education Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline

Additional Qualification:  Preferably Diploma/Certificate in Stenography  from ITI/Polytechnic/any Govt. recognized Institute

Fixed Pay: 35,000/-  pm

3. Lower Division Assistant

No of post:  200

Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Additional Qualification:  Must have proficiency  in operation of computers

 Fixed Pay: 30,000/- pm

4. Bench Assistant

Education Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline

Additional Qualification: Must have proficiency  in operation of computers

5. Typist

No of post:  200

Education Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline

Additional Qualification: Must have proficiency  in operation of computers

Fixed Pay: 30,000/-  pm

6. Data Entry Operator

No of post:  400

Education Qualification: HSSLC passed

Additional Qualification: Must have proficiency  in operation of computers

Fixed Pay: 10,000/-  pm

7. Copyist

No of post:  200

Education Qualification: HSSLC passed

Additional Qualification: Proficiency test in English  & Official language of Assam among candidate who qualify in OMR

Fixed Pay: 9,000/-  pm

8. Office Peon

No of post:  200

Education Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Additional Qualification: Physical Test

 Fixed Pay: 9,000/-  pm

9. Chowkidar

No of post:  200

Education Qualification: Class-VIII passed

Additional Qualification: Physical Test

 Fixed Pay: 9,000/-  pm

18 years to 38 years.

Selection procedure:

There will be a common written test for UDA-cum-Accountant, Stenographer Gr.III, LDA, Bench Assistant and Typist. Similarly, there will be one common written test for Data Entry Operator and Copyist. There will be Practical Test for the posts of Stenographer, Lower Division Assistant, Bench Assistant, Typist, Data Entry Operator & Copyist. 

For the post of Office Peon and Chowkidar, there will be Physical Test and Viva-Voce.
